| 1. Complete Refund of Origination Fees if Unsatisfied for any Reason. At any time during the first seven months, you are entitled to a complete refund of the origination points if you decide that you no longer want a Land Line. If you choose to terminate your Land Line and receive a refund of the origination points, simply pay off your Land Line (including all principal and accrued interest, together with any other fees and expenses then owing to First National Acceptance Company of North America, LC ("FNAC-NA")) within seven months of its execution. FNAC-NA will refund the entirety of the principle portion of your origination fees and cancel your Land Line. | 2. Same-Day Funding.
At any time that you request same day funding, FNAC-NA will fund by wire or
check on the day of the request any funding request received by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time
provided that either: (1) there are funds available on your line for the funding or (2)
the necessary documents have been received by FNAC-NA for adding the additional collateral
for which the funds are requested. 3. Waiver of Unused Fee. FNAC-NA will waive the entire unused fee for your first six months on Land Line thereby giving you time to fill up your Land Line without fees. |
